A nice mid 60's February day to revisit this 10320 acre conservation area. I wanted to just get out some today and thought I'd do 3 to 4 miles but ended up hiking 6 miles. I also found a new trail that had been cut which was not shown on my map so I took it to see how it was laid out and where it would lead. Used my WalMart Fieldline Pro Series waist pack, it worked well. www.sjrwmd.org Video was recorded with a Canon Powershot SX130 in 1280x720 HD and rendered to 12 Mbps MPEG2 file. I wanted to give the camera a good test by manually setting the focus before each video clip. I sure do wish it would stay set to infinity but each time you shut it off you must reset it. I've found this camera tends to search for focus, especially in flat light conditions like I had today. Using manual focus seemed to really help as I did notice any wandering focus in these clips.
